यह झारखंड सरकार के अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जाति, अल्पसंख्यक और पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण विभाग द्वारा दी जाने वाली एक Post-Matric Scholarship है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य गरीब परिवार के छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा (10वीं के बाद) के लिए आर्थिक सहायता देना है।
ई-कल्याण का लाभ लेने के लिए छात्रों को ये शर्तें पूरी करनी होंगी:

निवासी: छात्र झारखंड राज्य का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।

Step 1: Visit the Official Website: ekalyan.cgg.gov.in.
Step 2: On the home page, find the “Candidate Registration and Login” option located on the center right of the page and click on it.
Step 3: On clicking, two options will appear. Click on the “Candidate Registration” in order to register yourself on the portal. A new page will appear, enter your details there. Fill in your name, contact number, valid email ID, and other required information in order to complete the registration.
Step 4: After the registration is complete successfully, login yourself into the portal by following the above steps but clicking on the “Candidate Login option”.
Step 5: A page will appear where you will need to fill in details such as mobile number/email and password.
Step 6: After filling in the details, click on the “Log In” button to successfully login.
Step 7: Navigate to “Apply For Scholarships” and select the appropriate scholarship. Fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents on the application page.
Step 8: Submit the scholarship application.

What is the E-Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship?
The E-Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship is an initiative by the Government of Jharkhand aimed at providing financial assistance to students belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Backward Class (BC) categories. To check the status, students should visit the official E-Kalyan Jharkhand portal, select the appropriate scholarship type (Pre-Matric or Post-Matric), and click on ‘Application Status.’ They will need to enter the application year and their unique application ID to view the current status of their application.
Can students edit their application after submitting it on the E-Kalyan portal?
Once the scholarship application is submitted on the E-Kalyan portal, applicants cannot edit or modify the details. If any correction is required, the application must first be rejected by the institute during verification, after which the student can log in again, make the necessary changes, and resubmit the form.

Once the students have successfully submitted their online scholarship application through e-Kalyan, they can track the actual status of their application by following the steps below:
1. Visit the official website and log in using your ID and password.
2. Next, click on the “Services and Schedule” option.
3. On clicking that, a drop down menu will appear. From the given options select the appropriate year.
4. On clicking the appropriate year, another drop down menu will appear. From the given options select the appropriate one.
5. On clicking the relevant option, the following screen is displayed. On the bottom of the page, you will see a “Know your application status” button. Click on it.
6. A page will appear, fill in the details required such as Academic Year and Application Unique Number.
7. Click on “Submit” to check your application status.
